BEIJING, Aug. 1 (Xinhua) - Recently, the State Postal Administration, together with the Ministry of Public Security and the Ministry of National Security, issued a joint notice demanding that the safety of goods delivered during the Nanjing Youth Olympic Games be effectively maintained and the system of receiving, posting, and inspecting be strictly implemented. The Circular requires postal enterprises and express delivery enterprises to strictly implement the regulations on prohibiting and restricting the delivery of goods, and strictly implement the receiving and mailing inspection system.

The Circular requires postal enterprises and express delivery enterprises to strictly implement the regulations on prohibiting and restricting the delivery of goods, and strictly implement the receiving and mailing inspection system. For mail and express mail delivered by users other than letters, the sending enterprise shall inspect the contents personally, confirm their safety, and affix a receiving and mailing inspection stamp before receiving and mailing; "For items that are explicitly prohibited by the state from being posted, items that cannot be confirmed as safe (such as unknown mechanical and electrical devices, powders, sealed devices containing unknown gases or liquids, etc.), or items that the user refuses to inspect, the posting enterprise will not accept or post.".

According to relevant regulations, during the Nanjing Youth Olympic Games, without the special permission of the Nanjing Youth Olympic Games Organizing Committee, mail and delivery enterprises are not allowed to enter Olympic venues such as athlete villages, headquarters hotels, competition venues, media centers, and other venues to engage in mail and delivery services. For mail and express mail sent to Olympic venues, the sending enterprise should submit them to the designated locations designated by the postal administration, public security, national security, and other departments for unified receipt and distribution

<span style="font-family:' color:#666666;line-height:24px;'="">        "The Circular requires postal administrations at all levels to strengthen supervision over the postal delivery market, and investigate and deal with illegal operations, operations beyond the scope of business, and failure to implement the system of receiving and inspecting postal services in accordance with the Postal Law."; Public security and national security organs at all levels should severely crack down on illegal and criminal acts that endanger national security, public security, and social and political stability through mail and delivery channels.
